Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive a notification with your tracking information. 

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Most orders take between 15 to 25 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of the local postal service. 

In some cases, backorders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is to always ship it out as soon as possible.

Return Policy

At Gismoglint we pride ourselves on providing the best customer experience. That’s why we are here for you every step of the way in your shopping journey, including returns.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have a maximum of 14 days from the date you have received your purchased items to submit the return request.

Please note that the return shipping fee must be covered by the customer unless the purchased products are defective.

Important note

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • Please do not send your item to the sender’s address listed on your package. That is not the return address, and we will not be able to process your return and refund.
  • Please make sure you have not included non- Gismoglint item(s) by accident in your return package as we will not be responsible for sending those items back.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Gismoglint is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and correct consignee’s information (such as order address, contact number or full name). In this case we are unable to file a refund to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive damaged products, make sure to reach out to us and send us video asap. So we can get the issue fixed for you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
